Soar River Place, Build to Rent scheme

The Soar River is the Leicester’s main water course, which runs alongside the site and it used to be known for its strange pink hue. The name and branding was inspired in the river’s name and shape, creating a strong identity to the BTR development.

The interior design of the scheme is inspired on the industrial background of the area. The reception area express a natural atmosphere and touches of an industrial style, rich in textures as wood, tilling, linen and metal. Matching with the façade, the neutral and contrasting palette reflects a modern and elegant concept that follows the architectural language.
